Think of each item that you order as custom crafted just for you.

We really enjoy what we do and we take pride in it.  We're crafts people more than we are manufacturers.

We try to keep a full inventory, but demand for our toys often increases beyond our ability to keep a full inventory on our shelves. Our goal is to be able ship immediately upon receipt of an order, but sometimes it's impossible.  We try to ship all orders within one business day, but it can take up to eight weeks to ship your toys it is placed, depending on our production schedule.  If your order will be delayed we will notify you of the delay and the expected shipping date.

If you have need for a rushed shipment, it is best to call your order in to us at 304.466.1771.  We might not have exactly what you want in stock, but we may be able to get you something close or better.

We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover/Novus, AMEX and Diners Club.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE USA

We ship international orders via Global Priority or Express Mail Insured.  The additional cost will be added to your order and you will be notified by e-mail before we ship.  You must reply to our email confirming the shipping address and authorizing the international postage.   The confirming email will come from inet.orders@hilldalesales.com please watch for it.

When your order is ready to ship, we will email you from inet.orders@hilldalesales.com with the postal service tracking number.  In the event that a package is returned to us undeliveralbe or for unpaid duty, at your option, we will reship at your expense or cancel your order, refunding the cost of the merchandise less a 30% restocking fee.  We do not refund shipping charges.

 We ship to most Countries.  However, due to local postal regulations or the inability to ensure delivery of an order, we can not ship to all Countries.  We will notify you if we are unable to ship to you.
