Company Origins

John Hanson started making his own paddles in the late seventies
because he could not find paddles that met his standards for safety
and quality. From that humble basement shop beginning he began
making paddles for his spanking friends and then for their friends.
His hobby snowballed until Hanson Percussion Instruments
was incorporated in 1992.

Spanking is our favorite kink. We have learned a great deal about
spanking from some very knowledgeable people over the years and
continue to learn from experience as we continue "playing".

We enjoy passing our knowledge on to others by conducting workshops,
discussion seminars and demonstrations of safe spanking techniques for
various clubs and organizations. Contact Us if you would like

  OUR GOAL

At Hanson PaddleWerks, our goal is to produce the finest paddles,
straps, razor strops and other spanking toys on the market.
To maintain a high level of quality we use the finest and strongest
materials available. We are constantly striving to make a good thing
better and we are always open to suggestions that will help us achieve
and maintain our goal.

An important part of our product is service and knowledge.
We are here to help make sure that our toys are used safely.
We're here to answer your spanking related question and to educate
the public on the subject of BD/SM to the best of our abilities.

CUSTOM ORDERS

If you have a design for a paddle or strap that you would like to
have made, call, write, fax or e-mail us and we will try to
make your fantasy a reality.

We usually do this at little or no extra charge.
Actually, sometimes your ideas help us create new products.
