You order the size you require.
Follow this simple guide for measuring wrist and ankle restraints.

Measure across the widest point of the ankle above the ankle bones.
If you are planning to wear boots, be sure to measure with boots on.

 

Measure across this point above the wrist bones.

Remember, When ordering a collar or restraint with an attached collar.
When you lie down, your neck "swells".
Order large enough so neck has room to expand.
